Inadequate sleep disrupts hormone levels, making you more stressed, hungry, and less satisfied when eating. That's a terrible combination when trying to eat healthy and lose weight.
#3: Only focusing on the results
Instead of focusing on the number on your scale going down, focus on consistency with the one habit you are working on going up!
Consistency compounds and is the driver of long-term success.
